Collection

Collection of products will be discussed with you via the email address you have provided at checkout. It is your duty to read/respond to these emails as needed. Collection date, time & location will be provided to you. Failure to collect within 15 mins of the agreed time may mean that we are unable to guarantee collection that day. Failure to collect within 24 hours may mean that the product will not be up to our standard of freshness & we withhold the right to refuse the collection altogether (as our product quality reflects our company) without refund or exchange.

Refund policy

If there is something wrong with your order, it is your duty to notify us within 48 hours of collection. To submit a refund request, please email us at theflowerpowercupcakeco@gmail.com. We will ask for photographic evidence or other means of evidence to identify the problem. We maintain the right to refuse refund based on the evidence received if we feel as though the evidence or reason for refund is insubstantial.
